This is because Stylish Outfits in Infinity Nikki usually take a bit more work to find all the pieces, since they tend to be either scattered around certain areas of Miraland waiting to be discovered as you explore the various areas, or locked behind the progression of optional side quests.
Stylish Outfits Are Complete Looks Without New Abilities
You’re introduced to Ability Outfits early in Infinity Nikki – you wouldn’t make it very far into the story without the ability to do things like float through the air or sail longer distances on a mystical flower, after all. On the flip side, you’ll also discover a wide range of individual clothing sketches along the way, offering single-piece outfits or accessories to add to Nikki’s ever-expansive wardrobe.
Stylish Outfits, however, are the outfits that fall between these two categories, offering a completely themed outfit without providing any kind of ability or whimsicality perk for Nikki. They tend to range from between five and ten pieces, with more involved Stylish Outfits that are harder to get typically having the highest number of pieces of all. If you manage to make any of these dazzling duds a second time, you can even evolve them and change their color and appearane for further customization, as with the rest of Nikki’s wardrobe!
You can craft each piece of a Stylish Outfit as soon as you have it logged into your sketchbook; you don’t have to wait to find the sketches for the full thing before crafting a Stylish Outfit. These are logged in the Outfits tab of the wardrobe as an outfit without an Ability icon in the lower right corner.
That said, you won’t receive any potential bonuses during styling challenges for wearing a complete outfit until each piece of the Stylish Outfit is present during the challenge. If you only need one specific piece, crafting these early can be a good idea, but there’s not usually much harm in waiting until you’ve got the whole sketch.
Just because they don’t give Nikki any powers doesn’t mean they’re not a good staple to have in the wardrobe! Stylish outfits tend to have up to ten individual clothing or accessory sketches to be crafted before you’ve finished the outfit entirely, sometimes with expansive resource requirements. You can craft the pieces individually as you obtain them or wait to make the entire outfit in one go, but either way, you’ll want to create the whole Stylish Outfit to log it into your Compendium.
While the pieces of every Stylish Outfit come together into a full ensemble as soon as you’ve crafted them all to create a full look for Nikki, which you can select from the outfit menu at the top of the wardrobe screen just like the limited-time resonance outfits pieces of your Ability Outfits, you’ll be able to use the pieces of a Stylish Outfit individually as well, pairing them with other outfits you’ve put together just as easily.

Where Do Stylish Outfits Come From?
You can get new Stylish Outfits in Infinity Nikki in a number of ways. Any outfit that appears on the Resonance banners that you can pull for using the gacha mechanic is considered a Stylish Outfit unless it offers Nikki a special whimsicality ability (like the Flowing Colors graffiti outfit or the Fiery Glow ensemble from the Firework Isles). While you’ll log each piece as you obtain it, completed outfits from the gacha banners are listed in the Stylish Outfits category of your wardrobe menu.
Unless you’re pulling on the Distant Sea permanent banner in Infinity Nikki, any other banner that offers a new Stylish Outfit is a limited-time run. We may see these outfits come back again in the future once the game has been out for a while longer, like other gacha games repeat obtainable characters after a year or so, but for now, you’ll need to get these outfits in the few weeks they’re on the banners if you’re interested in logging them into your Compendium – better safe than sorry.
One of the primary ways you can get new Stylish Outfits is by exploring the world for treasure chests. Most of the major regions in Miraland have an outfit whose pieces have been scattered throughout that area, split between one chest for each piece of the outfit. It’s a big task, but you’ll explore these regions as part of the main story and will likely come across several pieces of these Stylish Outfits organically in doing so. You’ll also receive them as side quest rewards as you explore, so be sure to chat with the locals as you uncover more of Miraland.
If you’ve been collecting Dews of Inspiration as you go through Miraland, you’ll be able to return these Dews to Kilo the Cadenceborn for several helpful rewards as you hit benchmark numbers in your collection. Be sure to check back often, since Kilo’s rewards offer a couple Stylish Outfits sketches as you give them progressively more Dews.
They’ve currently got a handful of different Stylish Outfits on offer, but the pieces are given individually and spread out through their list of rewards, so be diligent about visiting Kilo occasionally. You’ll receive various pieces of the Stylish Outfit per level, with outfits spanning several levels of Dews to complete,
Additionally, focus on the styling factions in each of the four main regions of Miraland. These optional challenges lie outside the main story, and they task you with locating the members of each faction to face them in a style battle. You don’t need to thrive in the challenge to proceed with the faction’s story line – you just need to pass – but several factions offer a unique Stylish Outfit in exchange for defeating their members. The stats of the outfits typically match the vibe of the gang, so keep in mind what styles you need to best them when pursuing their rewards.
If you’ve had your eye on the in-game store, you’ll also be able to buy completed Stylish Outfits from the Clothing tab in exchange for Stellarites. These cost real money to purchase, since Stellarites are an optional microtransaction for premium currency (and often come as a bonus for purchasing other items from the store, too), so be mindful of your Stellarites and cash when opting into a paid Stylish Outfit.
Finally, we’ll occasionally receive Stylish Outfits in Infinity Nikki given for free to commemorate major game milestones. The Starlit Celebration outfit was a present for the launch of the game, while players who signed up before launch received the Far and Away Stylish Outfits.
In-game announcements will often tell you when you’re able to get a new Stylish Outfit.
What Can You Use Stylish Outfits For?
With each piece of a Stylish Outfit having the same main stat (labels like Sweet or Sexy) and the same sub-stats after it’s been evolved (labels like Romantic or Pastoral), Stylish Outfits in Infinity Nikki are typically most helpful when using them in the Mira Crown contest. Anytime you’re in need of an outfit with a particular sub-stat, such as the later levels of the Mira Crown seasonal contests when sub-stats are considered, Stylish Outfits are often where you’ll want to look first.
Additionally, you’ll find several NPCs throughout Miraland, both faction members and the odd bystander alike, who ask to see a very specific piece of clothing or accessory as part of a quest. Stylish Outfits often have the stats they’re looking to see.
