The Transformers One Steelbook Is Up For Preorder On Amazon

So, we’ve got some superb news for all you Autobot fans. As it turns out, the long-awaited, extremely-awesome Transformers One movie is now available on Amazon in the form of a Steelbook. For the uninitiated, Transformers One is the first fully CG-animated feature-length film in the series. In this movie, we dive into the epic backstory of the two central characters: Optimus Prime and Megatron (boo).

This is before they decided to go all stabby-stab on each other, so we get to see them as tight as brothers. The real twist, is how they ended up becoming mortal enemies, and in the process, gave us seven glorious films that were full of gratuitous violence and explosions. And Shia Lebeouf being wowed.

The artwork for it is pretty neat too, with a retro-style illustration of Optimus Prime, along with silhouettes of the main characters. Now, they haven’t really announced anything specific with regard to bonus content, but most of these animated movies have a rich selection of behind-the-scenes extras, so that’s something worth looking out for.
